I have been a broker in the Wilmington area since 2005. As such, I have provided service to clients in New Hanover and all surrounding counties to include, Pender, Brunswick, Columbus and Duplin, Though the market has been tough these last few years, I have had a growing business. My focus is on complete and continued service and using every marketing tool available.
Prior to entering the real estate arena, I completed a 32 year career as an engineer. I graduated from Virginia Tech and served 20 years in the United States Air Force. I have lived in Alabama, Korea (twice), Germany, St Louis
area, California, Texas and Massachusetts. After completing my service,I started Root Engineering, an engineering firm that provided all services except design and had that company for 7 years. Though I am not actively working my engineering career, I do believe my experience with facility maintenance and construction are of great value in my real estate endeavors. Additionally, each move I experienced exposed me to many approaches of how realtors work; I learned what worked and what didn't work. I strive to provide you the best possible service.
